1. Service
Celebre is a platform that connects users seeking special-occasion services (Celebrants) with providers (Celebrists). Celebre is not a party to the service agreement between them.
2. Account
You must be over 18 and have legal capacity to contract. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account.
3. Content Rules
You may not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, obscene content or content that infringes others' rights. You can report inappropriate content and block users. Celebre may remove violating content and suspend accounts.
4. Liability
Celebre is not responsible for the quality, delivery or payment of services provided by Celebrists. The platform is provided "as is".
5. Intellectual Property
You represent that you own the rights to content you upload. You may not upload others' content without permission.
6. Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated for violations. You may delete your account at any time.
